1937 packard tranny help

I have purchased a '37 tranny that was in a 4 door sedan and would like to know if there is any info on the web that would give me an idea how to properly tear this down for cleaning and rebuilding. Visual inspection reveals no damage what so ever to any of the gears and the tranny shifts rather smoothly but is a little sticky between 2nd and 3rd. Since it was setting outside under a car for the last 20 years I felt a good routine cleaning and internal inspection is in order. Also need to know where I can purchase a gasket set as well and maybe a rear yoke seal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Wogden, is the transmission to a junior or senior car?

John, It came out of a 4 door sedan and that is all that the seller told me. It has a 6 bolt top shift plate if that helps. Should there be numbers on the case that would identify it?

Just checked the tranny for numbers and the only thing I can find is a date stamp of 8 21 and can barely see an ID number that appears to start with a 3025XXX?? Will this help to identify this tranny?
