"upload of file failed" ...posting pictures

I can't seem to be able to post pictures of some stainless trim taken by a digital camera to the buy and sell forum. Is it a question of size, although I have downloaded pictures taken from the same camera at the same time to another web board with no problems. Anyone? It does the upload thing but after some time, finishes with the "upload of file failed" .

Afer clicking "go advanced" I attached as image to a post a few hours ago using "Attach files" (down the bottom of the screen) It was however a very small image.
Maybe a file size limitation. I use http://www.irfanview.net/ to resize images

Thanks! I tried that download and it works ok and not too sharp a learning curve. I have used it elsewhere first, hope to try it here soon as time permits..
