Go user the User control panel, remove your email / disable contact options.
Then log out and never ever log in again is my guess.

While I am sure this is not the correct way....

Another option would be to click on the red flag symbol under your name on your post above. Then type "please delete my account" in the text box where you are reporting your post to the moderators. I assume a moderator would delete your membership in the forum for you.
