another suggestion

I also notice that on the old forum if you decided that you did not want to read some posts because they had no interest to you and closed forum and went back later they would no longer appear as new topics, this new forum highlights them no matter how many times you close and return making you feel as if you have to reread them just to make sure that you were not missing anything of interest. Is this something that has been noticed as well by others and maybe something that will be changed?

Re: another suggestion

1930,
I've noticed it and I think Peter said he is working on it. Right now the only way to get rid of the highlighted threads on the Threads in Forum page is to go to the FORUM TOOLS box on the top of the threads and click it. Then click MARK THIS FORUM READ. I'm with you, I wish the threads would be unhighlighted when I close and come back.

One thing that I have learned is that when a post has numerous pages, you must go to the very last page of that post and view it to show up as been read.
