Recommendations on engine rebuilder

Hello -

I'm getting ready to farm out the rebuild of my '37 engine, and am soliciting recommendations from folks. I'm especially interested in any *direct* experiences -- good and bad. Feel free to private email me if you want.

If it helps, I am looking to rebuild back to stock (with slight corrections like the rear main seal, later oil pump, etc). I live in NC, so location is *somewhat* of a factor, but I expect to have to travel a few states at least.
