    Richard
There have been threads on this before but these gas tanks are very hard to find.
Either "GASTANK RENU" or buy a 1941 Chevy repop tank and modify as needed.

I have nothing to be RENU but will check on the Chevy tank if I don't have any luck thru the normal Studebaker channels.

I put one of the repop Chevy tanks on my Coupe Express restoration. It fits a bit differently,
but does go in there and looks pretty good. I have the bed off again right now, and will be
glad to send you some pics and particulars if that would help. My original was basically shot-
    on the top! Hmm

Thanks. The gas filler inlet on the '36 is on the opposite side as the '37. Drivers side on '36, passenger side on '37. Still hope to find an original but if not I may have to resort to something close.
