looks to me like a stutz or maybe an HCS from about '23.
I think we are looking at a Lexington, Minute Man Six, maybe the Thoroughbred Sport. The identifying features are the running boards curving into the rear fenders, 7 slanted hood louvers, the bell-shape headlamps and the shallow hubcaps. The model year is somewhere between 1920 and 1922. Lexington built cars from 1909 through 1926 or 27 at Lexington Kentucky and Connersville Indiana. The Connersville facility was bought by E L Cord and Lexington production immediatly ceased. The Lexington was a good quality assembled car. This model sold around $2000 give or take a couple hundred depending on the year.
Hope this helps.

Yes, back home in Indiana, once the fertile crescent of automotive manufacturing. The lexington offices, have been restored recently and are on the market.
