Chevy truck manuals are among the most widely reproduced manuals around. Almost any online Chevy truck parts supplier will sell them. Prices will vary slightly from supplier to supplier, so it'll pay to shop around.
For example American Classic Truck Parts sells the 1963 manual for $35, the 1966 supplement to that manual for $22.50, and the 1966 wiring diagram book for $7.50. Click on the link for a complete list of what manuals they have, all of which I believe is in reproduction form. There are also a lot of histories and coffee table books listed as well.
Used original manuals may be less expensive, and can be found at almost any literature dealer. They can be found by searching for "automotive literature" on Google or Yahoo.
Finally these books are commonly offered on eBay. I just did a search for '1966 chevy truck manual' and there are about a half-dozen factory manuals currently being offered, along with another dozen or so in the Buy-It-Now section. Just be sure that you're buying the light truck manual which covers the C10/C20/C30. The medium and heavy truck books won't help you much at all.
Also on eBay be sure to check for Haynes/Chilton/Clymer manuals for your truck. These are usually very inexpensive (especially used), and frequently contain different/better/more practical procedure methods as they're written for the amateur instead of the equipped/experienced technician. The factory manual procedure is generally the first choice, but other inputs can be very helpful.
