You may have a couple of problems, but the first check would be to ensure that all of the groud connections for the signal/brake bulb sockets are good. If you loose one of these grounds, it can cause all kinds of weird back circuits and problems.
ditto on grounds....start where things are rusty.
Actually, let's get even more basic. The brakes and turn signals use the same bulb filaments and the running lights use the other filaments in the 1157 bulbs. If one or the other filament burns out, unintended ground paths through the other filament come into play, causing weird lights to come on. Start by checking that both filaments in all bulbs (front and back) are good. Also check the side markers since these are part of the turn signal circuit. Next, check the grounds at both front and back for the turn signal housings. If all that is good, and the parking lights work correctly, then the problem is likely either the turn signal switch or the wiring in the column.
