I aquired some classic and vintage car advertisements at auction recently. One is 91 years old and they are not copies, they are original ads from magazines like The Saturday Evening Post , Ladies Home journal, and others. They have been very well preserved as most of them are mounted on cardboard and covered in a plastic film. They all measure about 10 to 12 inches X 13 to 14 inches and some are 2 page ads. Most of the ads from the 40s,50s & 60s are color and some are Art-Deco style paintings in amazing detail and color. Some of the ads from the 20s and 30s are black & white Art-Deco drawings in amazing detail. I have listed most of these ads on the Memorabilia and Printed Material Forum for all to review. These ads are all suitable for frameing and would be an asset to anyone that might own one of the cars pictured in one of these ads. If anyone is interested in one of these ads please contact me by Email for more info.
