$3,200
1995 Jeep Cherokee 2WD 2-door. Rare 5-speed. 4.0-liter high output ohv six-cylinder. Red. Nice grey cloth interior. No rips or tears. Solid and nice. It has been very well-cared for in its life and it has proven incredibly reliable. I have never taken it off-road. The only parts it's needed have been routine, maintenance-related items (new radiator). I would not hesitate to drive it across the country and back again. The manual transmission shifts smoothly and makes it quite interesting to drive compared to the auto. Mechanically, there is absolutely nothing wrong, and I would judge the interior and exterior in good cosmetic shape. The interior is spotless, except for the headliner, which is sagging slightly on the driver's side.
New BFG all-terrain T/A tires ($850)
Bad:
Headliner
Dent in passenger door; dent in hood.

More photos. For the cost of gas and an airline ticket, I'd delivery to just about anywhere.

Roughly 183,000, mostly highway miles. We swapped the speedometer/instrument cluster for one that had a tachometer. The original says 173,000, the new one says 137,000. We've probably put about 10,000 miles on it since buying it about 3 years ago. The tires probably have less than 5,000 miles on them.

I'm prepared to trade even-up for a 1937 Packard two-door sedan. I know that was your next question.
