This 1939 La Salle 39-50 Convertible Coupe (VIN:2296786) was restored in the late 1980s or early 1990s from a very nice and solid original car. It has been part of a singular long term collection since then prior to just being purchased. This is a super straight car with nice overall fit and finish throughout, even gaps and margins on the doors, hood, fenders and trunk. The black paint was professionally done and still remains extremely nice. The interior is also very nice with rear folding jump seats.etc. The dashboard, chrome, top etc are also very clean. The engine bay and chassis are also clean and presentable. The car runs and drives nice and smooth with a tight chassis, quiet motor, responsive steering, brakes, etc. This car is very presentable and is ready to be enjoyed.
