Lower a 53 special the RIGHT WAY
I'd like to lower my 53 special....
I did some research and found that 79 el camino rear springs...$80 bucks at NAPA... will give a perfect 4 inch drop to the rear....
Is this true? If so...could I use them on the front too?
I REFUSE to cut springs...

There ARE dropped spindles available for Buicks!!!! Unfortunatly I forget who makes em. try a hot rod shop or give Freedom Street Rods a try. If Dave or Chris is around they should be able to order them for you 805-462-1934

I am actively exploring air bags...With coils on all four it should not be that bad

air bags are the way to go not as cheap as springs or welded up spindles but the ride is great
have a 53 roadmaster after a year of using the other methods went with bags just great
air ride tech. can help you
