I am looking to trade my 69 Stage 1 convertible for a 65 Riviera. I will consider a stock or custom car, but it must be very nice and a turn key car.

OR I will buy your Riviera outright if you aren't interested in trading.

I have a recently restored Silver Mist (new paint) 69 Stage 1 convertible with factory A/C (works), black bucket seat interior (new) with floor shift center console. Factory 3.42 posi. The car has the numbers matching engine, Carb, distributor and rear end. Correct front disc brakes and a sport wheel have been added.

There were only 212 convertibles Stage 1 convertibles built and only 131 with auto transmission. In looking at the production breakdown, only 64 of those 131 had A/C. There were 1,158 convertibles produced in Flint in 69, (Stage 1 and non stage 1) and only 37 (both Stage 1 and Non Stage 1) were produced in this color. The preceding info is all verifiable from GM records available from Mike Trommetter.

37/1157 or 3.2% of all GS convertibles produced in Flint in 69 were silver. 3.2% x 64 auto Stage 1 A/C convertibles = 2 produced. Just a guess though, no way to prove if its right or wrong.

This was a 1 owner car until 2006, and the restoration was finished in 2008, the car has maybe a couple hundred miles on it since being finished. New paint, interior, top, suspension, brakes, engine rebuilt, etc., etc.
