Want To Buy Spacer for 15x6 1966 - 1970 Rally Wheels

Where do you get spacers for these Rally wheels? I have a 68 Wildcat and it needs the spacer in the wheel - otherwise the hole would be to big and the wheel would be resting directly on the studs for the lug nuts.

I included a picture. The one on the left has the spacer in the middle whereas the one on the right does not.

Just so we all can learn, are there any other years where these wheels would fit without the spacers? Thanks.
