I have a 3-speed standard transmission that I will give to anyone who wants it, provided they pay the freight or come and get it. It needs some repairs, and came out of my 1950 straight-eight Special last month. Third gear makes a whirring noise, but does not engage. My guess is that this gear came loose from the shaft, and just spins--will need some welding or other repair. I have not opened it up to look inside, and that is why I am offering this free to anyone. Located in my garage in Sherman, Texas 75090.
