With the fuel consumption of gas turbines a Saab Viggen might be a problem, plus having to live in one of those communities that has a 6,000 foot runway.

Re: You have a Reatta, what are your next 4 choices?

Late '70s Mercedes SL, 3rd Generation El Camino, Datsun Z, Convertible Reatta - all in pristine condition. There in lies the problem. Each is affordable as a daily beater. Not so much in NICE condition.

Re: You have a Reatta, what are your next 4 choices?

My aspirations arent that high.

Two more cars I would like

Buick Riviera (91-93), to match my Reatta
Another Roadmaster estate wagon - WB4 (sans the woodgrain)

a 1959 Impala would be fun to have.
