    Replacing Speakers

I just bought a '90 coupe a couple of months ago and the speakers are terrible and I was wondering what size the speakers were in the front and back? If anybody could recommend some kinds of speakers that they have used and like that would be great. Also, I was wondering if my antenna is suppose to go down when I shut off the car because mines always stays up.

    thanks

    Re: Replacing Speakers

    Welcome to the board!

Fronts are 5.25'', rears are 6.5''.

The antenna is supposed to raise/lower with the radio being on or off. If it doesn't, look behind the carpet, and it's probably disconnected. The plastic line inside commonly breaks and the motor will keep running, resulting in the disconnection
