Great shot, Nic. Good to see that CoverCraft made the adjustments I suggested after getting the prototype. They missed the mirror openings (opening an inch too high); also about two inches short on the windshield wiper connectors. Yours looks good; my black one also reflected my input.

I guess I need some education. I know it takes me about two minutes to put the top up on my Reatta. Is there some advantage to using a cockpit cover on the car instead of raising the top? Am I in danger of wearing my top out by putting it up? How long does it take to put this cover on the car? I guess I really don't understand the advantage of this piece of cloth.

Ranger: Every time you put the top up or down, you're (1) pulling on the top release cable, which will go south after X many pulls, (2) flicking an electronic circuit to pop the tonneau, (3) crimping and creasing the top material, and (4) exercising the window motors putting glass up and down. To say nothing of wear'n'tear on the frame itself. Compare this with 20 seconds to drop on the cockpit cover, which protects the interior from sun, smog, dew, etc. Best $100+ investment you can make!
