The "GS" will rise again.
Bleeding off within minutes is acceptible, but not instantly.
This is ASSUMING it's bleeding past the regulator or pump, not the injectors.
It will bleed down. A good one will hold 50% of the initial pressure for an hour or so, maybe more. It wouldn't much, if any, pressure overnight.
