My 16 year old daughter inherited my fathers 89 reatta. She LOVES the car. It has been a headache for me. The touch screen has a display but the touch part don't work and it stays on the same screen. You can't change anything and the buttons on the outside frame don't work eighter. I bought one on Ebay and it does the exact samething. The tempature is stuck on 77 but the heater and AC work. Any suggestions?

Sounds like maybe a problem with the control modual in the lower dash, or maybe a cable is damaged.

I would say to check the wire connector in the back of the CRT. There are two connections, one for the screen, and one for the buttons/touch sensor.
