Brakes again (I know about the Brakes FAQ page) PLEASE help

Had my brakes done (again) AC Delco Fac spec. Driven about 50 miles and I get an ocassional tweet tweet tweet (rythmic), touch pedal lightly and it disappears. Also some whistling when stopping. I would like to sound a bit knowledgable when I take her back (soon today). THANKS!!!!!!!

The tweet could be a center cap not installed properly. (Wire over the proper holders). Identify which one(s), pry off, reinstall. Things are really noisy when not put back properly.
Either stop whistling or look in the trunk for a dwarf!
Seriously, cap could be both problems then maybe not?
Reatta Brakes, Teves, except 1991, are excellent but somewhat complicated.
At site below there are Tests that will identify most any problem you have! Test results? HTTP://www.reatta.net

Thanks Wally, but I'm certain it's the brakes (been there with the cap thing on 2 caddys). Reatta caps a snug.
