ABS Brake Problems

Reattas are not the only car with ABS problems. I just read an article in Car and Driver about used Acura NSX. The NSX is a very reliable car. One of the problems with the older NSX is the ABS accumulator. It just fails and need replacement. I wonder if this will be a problem with some of the newer ABS cars as they get old. Like everything else, factory ABS installations are evolving. This isn't to say future systems won't have problems, but they probably will not be the same ones which occured in the earlier ABS. The factors which make today's systems more reliable are, using the traditional vacuum assisted power booster, more hardened and more powerful electronics, and improvements in the brake fluid itself.
