89 Reatta-intermittent stalling issue (upon op temp)

89 Reatta, 160K miles. Upon reaching operating temp, the engine dies. If it sets for two minutes, give it a minute, and it starts right up and runs fine. I need to know why it dies intermittently.

Possible that this is a ICM problem, the module heats up and fails, when the engine/engine compartment cools it then works again. Does it continue to do this, or just once upon the first start up?

(Thought I just posted a response). That sonds like when the engine goes into closed loop the O2 sensor has not begun transitioning and the short wait is enough for it to heat up and begin transitiong.

OTOH if the happens only when stopped and not while driving then I'd look to the IAC.

Well, I sound like a broken record; I have replaced (2) crank sensors on our 2 Buicks. Both quit when hot, and would restart after cooling! A '97 LeSabre and my '91 Reatta.
