I really like the gunmetal grey convertible and the silver with flame red convertible. I'm surprised there wasn't a 1990 Select Sixty, a Polo Green, or a Driftwood car. Maui blue was well represented.

Woody, I was really disappointed that you left before I could take pictures! Somehow I didn't get any pictures of your car the whole show

    Woody,
I am guessing you made it home OK. I only made it to Green Bay Monday night and will be home tomorrow.
Send me a regular email and we can talk about your fuel pump/gauge problems.
After you left a fellow showed up with another '88 or 89 Sapphire blue car and it was really really nice. He was only there for a few hours.
He sold me his wheels and center caps.

I have several Reatta parts cars with very reasonable prices.

Direct email works best for me as opposed to PMs and phone calls.

Nice pictures Marck. I think you should also post them on your site.

Is that your latest - red convertible? If so, I know where you can get NOS saddle mats for that shiny beast!

Thanks for posting the photos. Pete Phillips ask for pictures from the Rendezvous, I will tell him about your pictures and if anyone else has some get with Pete, he will need them for the Oct issue of the Bugle. I know Martel was also taking pictures.

We returned home late Monday, traveled a total of 2471 miles without a glitch.

It was nice seeing all the Reatta folks in Charlotte. Like Barney said "more Crosley station wagons were produced then the entire Reatta run". We may be a small division of the BCA, but the people who make it up are a great group.

Next year will be the 25th anniversary of the first Reatta made. Hope to see you in South Bend!

27.1 MPG according to the screen

One nine minute hail storm in Clyde, NC on Sunday night. Now that is a thrill!

Re: 2012 BCA Natioanal meet Reatta pictures! Quite a few...

We drove a total of 2571 from home and back, arrived back in Texas around 6:30 pm on Monday. Drove all day Sunday in 100+ temp and most of the time the Reatta outside reading was between 105 and 108. This was the first long trip for the black '91 and it had a disappointing 23mpg average. For some reason the road milage varied greatly, from a couple of 29 mpg tanks to mostly 22 mpg. Around Concord it was under 20.
I am suspicious the torque converter is not locking and it was running rough at idle. If we ever get some cool weather, I will do some checking but most likely the car will not get attention until fall.

I was a little dissappointed that we did not have over 30 Reattas at the show. Usually East coast show will draw that amount or more.

However we did have a few uncommon color combinations. There was a 1990 red convertible with red (burgundy) interior. a '91 silver convertible with flame red interior and a '91 silver coupe with blue interior. George Madson's grey '91 convertible was at it's first BCA meet.

And as someone said, we had a good supply of Maui Blue cars.

Popyk caught me twice in his post #9, we were judging in the picture with the red '91 convertible and the last picture we (that is Jim Finn on the left) were fixing Popyk's headlight.

Re: 2012 BCA Natioanal meet Reatta pictures! Quite a few...

There are always lots of nice Reattas to see along with the other Buicks but for me it is visiting with all the friends I have made over the years.
Thank you to Ed and Kitty Farnell for allowing us to stay at their home and thanks to Progoofoff for not staying mad at me too long.
Friday evening I parked my truck behind Bob's trailer and left for the evening with the truck locked and Bob couldn't load his Landau.
I have known Bob for years and he didn't stay upset too long. Sunday I got to drive the Landau out of his trailer and got a nice picture of him and Linda for my photo collection.
