    RECHROMING "AMATHON"

I just got a lot of my 70 Electra rechromed parts back. When I tried to install the driver's side control panel, there were only 2 slots not three. Either they did a great job "repairing" the slot for my door lock switch and chroming over it, or more likely they lost my part and sent this one instead.

Just when you think you are moving ahead. It was laughable. Oh well. Back it goes and hopefully they'll find my part. I can't wait to see what happens to my rearview mirror!!!!

Pretty amazing. So far they are being very receptive to chroming the correct piece. I'd rather not say who is doing the work, but again, they are being responsive to fixing it for me.

    It's still kind of humorous.
