    New guy needs info

    Hi. Im john. I recently purchased a 62 Buick Lesabre 4 dr in florida. Its quite nice.
    I saw on this site somewhere that a guy put riviera wheels on his 62 and I would like to know What year they were from. I want to find a set of Crager ss Wheels
    for mine but Im having a hard time finding anything that bolts up. Can anyone help? I will post pics when I get them resized

    Hi John,
    One of the problems you are having is that Riviera wheels (also known as Buick road wheels) were made by Buick, not Cragar. (which is why they fit)
    5X5 wheels were used on Chevy trucks in the 80's for a while. I think you need to call a wheel company (not an auto parts store) and find out what they suggest. I put later road wheels on my 63, but I had to cut out the ring on the back since they were meant for a disc brake car.

    John, I don't know where you're hailing from but if you go to any of the big flea markets around the country there are always vendors who specialize in wheels. They should be able to help you.
