need 1962 buick special convertible parts badly

hey folks..just got a nice 62 buick special skylark convertible and need some parts in the worst way...starting with the ribbed trim panel that goes on the face of the trunk..goes from tailight to tailight..these are on the skylarks only..also need the chrome snap trim that the top snaps to below the rear window..there are two pieces..also looking for some window cranks in close to show condition..if anyone knows where i can find these i would be eternally greatful..

I have many conv. parts for '62 special/ skylark. Conv. top frame with top, red interior parts, windows, etc. Nothing that is show condition. (keeping the best). Have the rear trunk chrome strip. decent driver shape. but needs the black paint refreshed and the emblem re painted. Rick

There is a guy in Bastrop, Texas who advertises in the back of the Bugle named Mark Polastry who specializes in early 60's small bodied Buicks. I'm not near my copy right now, maybe somebody can look it up for you.

I realize I'm replying to a post that several months old but I thought I would try any way.
I'm restoring a "62 Skylark convertible (it's going slowly) and I'm looking for a set of the rear seat courtesy lights, the ones that fit in the rear arm rests.

I believe that the courtesy lights can be purchased in reproduction from Antique Old Buick Parts CARS, Inc. as well as other sources such as eBay.

Any glass shop in your town should be able to cut side glass for you.

What i realy need is the track or the part that the glass sits in and goes up and down it's chrome. The glass is just attached to it and then trere are two screws hold the chrome around the top of the glass.
