Early 50's radio antenna - need application for 1192244

I have an antenna that came with my 58, but I already have a working power antenna for it...does anyone have the specific application for this one? It appears NOS, and feels very smooth going up and down. Part number 1192244

    Thanks in advance..

EDIT: It's marked 54-58, but I don't believe it. I also think it could be an early 60's antenna.

Now that it has been identified...would you be interested in selling it?
