I mailed my registration and payment for the National Meet a couple of months ago, and notice that the check has not cleared my account.

That's okay, but I wonder whether others have registered. If so, did you receive any acknowledgement that your registration was received? Has your check cleared?

I can certainly be patient for this to happen, but began to worry whether my registration may have been lost in the mail. Can anyone put my mind at ease? Thanks for any help.

Yes, I have received your registration. Your check should be in your next statement. I didn't realize it's been two months since our last deposit but I will hurry and catch up.

At this point in the process I check the PO Box a few times a week, receiving just a few registrations each week. Obviously, as volume picks up, I will check it more frequently.

The confirmation letters for all registrations should go out after the first of the year. The program used for registration has to be changed to accomodate the particulars of the next BCA meet. There are still a few tweaks that need to be done before I'm ready to print letters.

No problem from my standpoint, and it quite possibly has not been so long since I sent it in as I was thinking.

At any rate, I appreciate that you've responded and given us an understanding of the process.
