| Colorado Springs national meet photo
Today I walked across the street and convinced the security guard at an office building near the host hotel to allow me up to the top floor for a photo. After asking for I.D. and getting me to sign in, he did me one better, and escorted me up onto the roof for this spectacular view of the meet, the host hotel, and Pike's Peak in the background!

I saw in the news that there won't be a fireworks display in COS this year. What a bummer! It was said they always had one of the best in the country.
