| Re: 2010 LaCrosse Video EVENT What a tease! The sites not up till July 29th. Meanwhile the last Time Magazine had a picture of 4 Buicks, the new LaCrosse, the Lucerne, the Enclave and the Regal concept car. The Regal was hidden but it sure looked nice. While I'm not happy to see Pontiac disected, I am at least hopeful that measn Buick will make this concept car in a two door version for the market.

| Re: 2010 LaCrosse Video EVENT Wow, those Pontiac people are sure passionate. Shame some of them still think Buicks are for the older people only. But the real shame is GM still has the same top management attitude screwing up the entire company!

Here's some tips: 2010 LaCrosse Introduction Consumer Virtual Event -Trouble shooting Tips In general, the majority of snags that may occur during the main video presentation can be resolved by refreshing your browser and logging back into the site. Below are some specific issues that you may encounter. I’m receiving a “Low Bandwidth” notice. Click “OK” to close the box, and proceed to the auditorium to view the main presentation. While you will still be able to participate, this might compromise your ability to view streaming video and quickly download materials showcasing the 2010 Buick LaCrosse. To optimize your available bandwidth and enjoy the 2010 Buick LaCrosse Introduction as designed for you: Make sure you are using a hardwire internet connection, as opposed to wireless If you have any additional applications running on your browser, please close them See if other people on your network are streaming video or running applications that are utilizing your available bandwidth, and ask them to close those applications briefly while you watch our presentation. I am not seeing the countdown in the auditorium 15 minutes before the show begins. Click the “Logout” button on the bottom, right-hand side of the navigation bar. Once you are logged out, enter the following keys to clear your cache: If you are on a PC: Hit “Control” + “R” If you are on a Mac: Hit “Command” (Apple key) + “R” After your screen has refreshed, login again and go back to the Auditorium. You should find that your system has now synched up with the video countdown. Be sure you are viewing the video from a hi-speed internet connection such as a LAN, Wi-Fi Hotspot or T1 line. Because the video is such a large file that needs to load, we do not recommend viewing from a wireless card because the file can overwhelm the cellular connection and not fully load. My video froze in the middle of the presentation. You should find that your system has now synched back up with the main video presentation. My chat text box is grayed out and won’t allow me to enter text. This can happen when traffic in the chat room reaches a high volume. If you experience this, please click on a tab to enter another chat room, and then come back to the original room. This should enable your text box. I’m in the chat room but no new messages are coming in. If you are viewing the chat from a cellular wireless card, be sure to move your mouse around every few minutes. Wireless cards tend to time out if too much time passes without any activity. If your card has timed out, click on the “Logout” button on the bottom, right-hand side of the navigation bar, and then re-login. This should re-activate your connection and you should then be able to view the chats. Please note: we don’t recommend viewing the 2010 LaCrosse Introduction using a cellular wireless card. I don’t see the text box where I’m supposed to type my question for the chat session. Please be aware that depending on the size of your monitor, you may see a scroll bar on the side and/or bottom of your screen. If you see this bar, be sure to scroll all the way down to see the available features at the bottom of the screen. This is particularly important for the chat session; the text box that allows you to enter a chat question appears at the bottom of the screen. What should my screen resolution be set to? Your screen resolution should be set to at least 1024 x 768 pixels. Please note that your individual setting will vary depending on the size of your monitor.

| Re: 2010 LaCrosse Video EVENT I went to the Buick open today. They had the best display of Buicks yet. I crawled all over the new LaCrosse and might think about getting one some day. Tiger did not have a good first day but it is early in the week. The weather was perfect but this might be the last open for Buick. Norb |

| Re: 2010 LaCrosse Video EVENT I read some of the hype that this car was getting, and was interested to see it. I even defended Buick moving up in price as I thought this was something they should have done decades ago.
I just saw the car at a BOPC show held at a Buick dealership. I have to say the 2010 LaCrosses they had there were a big disappointment. The hood looks like it belongs on an SUV. The trunk is so non-existent looking it might as well be a hatchback. There isn't anything about it that really looks Buick except for the grill which has been exaggerated to cartoon proportions. The old LaCrosse sitting next to it looked more Buick-like, and I thought those were grandpa-ish. The interior is nicer than the old LaCrosse, but I hate those stupid pods for the speedometer that stick up and look like they were made from styrafoam and glued on. If this is the car Buick is hanging their hopes on, I really don't see people stampeding to Buick dealerships for it. Why can't they build something with some character?
