2009 BCA National - Colorado Springs - Hotels

2009 NATIONAL MEET HOTEL ALERT:

If you are planning to attend the BCA 2009 National Meet in Colorado Springs from July 1st to July 5th, the Host Hotel - Crowne Plaza is sold out on Friday and Saturday nights, only a few rooms available on other days.

The alternate hotel is the Double Tree, which is within a short walking distance of the Crowne Plaza and showfield. It is an outstanding facility. The rate is the same as at $109/night. We just returned from the BCA Board meeting in Colorado Springs and the Crowne Plaza hotel is going to be a great location for the 2009 National meet.

I have a reservaton at the Crowne Plaza from 1-5 July. It is a smoking room with two beds. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend again this year because of my wife's ongoing health problems.

As yet, I haven't cancelled my reservation but plan to do so soon. I know the reservation is not transferable but if anyone who wants to know when I will cancel send a PM. We can set up a time to be on the phone with the Crowne Plaza, I cancel you, get it, I think.

I don't know if this is kosier but I'm going to have to cancel anyway. I expect nothing in return.
