1948 Ford F-1 Pick Up

I need four (4) stock wheels for my pick up which is under restoration. They should be
16x4.5 5.5 inch bolt circle 5 bolt .62 off set
Ford part number 8C-1015. Anyone can help to find the wheels would be helpful.
